We are a vibrant learning community with the family feel of a small school but all the resources and programs of a big school; conveniently located only 4 minutes from Stawell.
Our central redbrick office building has been proudly standing here since 1872, providing generations of young people with a strong education.
With a staff of dedicated and enthusiastic teachers and support staff leading us forward. We utilise and are very proud of the diverse passions and skills of our staff; each bringing something unique and valuable.
Concongella Primary School celebrates its 150th year of operation in 2022.
Concongella State School No. 1136 first opened on 1 April 1872 with 32 students enrolled. Today, it maintains an outstanding reputation as a small country school with 45 students enjoying a vibrant learning environment.
The 150th anniversary of the school’s opening provides a unique opportunity to celebrate the history of this important community establishment. The 150th celebrations, which will be held on October 15 and 16, 2022 at Concongella Primary School, will include a procession, historical displays, vintage machinery, roll call, old school games, kids activities, fireworks and an opportunity to catch up with old school mates.
